Assam CEE 2017 Exam Pattern

Depending on whether candidates are choosing for the Medical or Engineering stream, the following would be the exam pattern of Assam CEE 2017:

I. Assam CEE 2017 Exam Pattern for the Engineering Stream (Course Code 2)

Candidates appearing for the Engineering Entrance Exam will need to attempt multiple choice questions from the subjects of Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. The program of the entrance exam will be of the same standard as the NCERT/CBSE syllabus for Class 11th and Class 12th.

II. Assam CEE 2017 Exam Pattern for both the Medical and Engineering Stream (Course Code 3)

In the Assam CEE 2017 for both the Engineering and Medical Stream, candidates will have to attempt questions from all four subjects viz., Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.

Other Important Information regarding the Assam CEE 2017 Exam Pattern

  • The duration of Assam Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) will be of two hours.
  • The exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions(MCQs).
  • Each question consists of one mark and, therefore, the entrance exam will be for a maximum of 100 marks.
  • Negative marking would not be valid for wrong answers.
