AIPMT 2015-2016 Cut Off Marks

The AIPMT 2015 cut off has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).  The admission to various institutes for different medical courses will be based on the marks scored by the applicants in the AIPMT entrance exam. The cut off will be declared on the bases of the availability of seats, level of the exam, number of applying applicants, performance of the applicants etc. The admission will be done strictly on merit basis and more than 6, 30,000 applicants have applied for the AIPMT entrance exam. The AIPMT 2015 exam which was going to be conducted on 15th June, 2015 was called off due to the leakage of answer keys and thus the Supreme Court decided to re conduct the exam on 25th July, 2015.

The CBSE will also prepare a merit list for the applicants as per the marks secured by them and selected applicants will be called upon for AIPMT 2015 counseling as per the list only.

In case of tie-breaking for the marks the following steps will be taken to determine the problem in AIPMT 2015 exam:

  • Applicants who scored higher marks in Biology (Botany & Zoology) and in AIPMT 2015
  • Candidates obtaining higher marks in Chemistry
  • Candidates with less number of attempted wrong questions in all the subjects in AIPMT 2015
  • Candidates older in age to be preferred
