The Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam popularly known as AEEE is a national level exam. This exam is conducted as an entrance exam by the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for the admission of aspirants into the B.Tech programmes. The AEEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria includes all the specification such as age, qualification, minimum aggregate percentage etc. The candidates who aspire to get admission in Amrita University for B.Tech course must ensure that they satisfy the AEEE 2017 eligibility criterion in order to appear and apply for the Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam. Eligibility Criteria of AEEE 2017
- Applicant appearing must have born on or after 1st July, 1996.
- Applicants ought to pass in their Higher Secondary Certificate/ 10+2 to apply for the exam.
- Applicants should have scored at least an aggregate of 60% all together in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects and individually not less than 55% in every subject.
- Applicants those who have done three year diploma in engineering in any State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent with minimum 60% of aggregate marks are eligible.
Applicants appearing for the above examination in March / April 2017 can also apply.
The seat allotment through the process of counseling will be made on the basis of the eligibility and rank obtained via the candidate in the Amrita Entrance Examination-Engineering 2017.
